12.00pm The Random Hat Gang
The Random Hat Gang are a feelgood band who play covers of well-known songs in a hybrid of bluegrass and skiffle styles. Formed in January 2020, just before lockdown curtailed activities, they try to find songs to cover that are well-known, but not often covered by other cover bands.
Dogfinger Steve plays lowdown swamp blues on home crafted cigar box guitars and stomp box and past career includes indie chart success and a radio one session. Steve also hosts festival stages and runs sound systems. Currently working on a new album and a USA twinned release.
Originally from Nottinghamshire, Rachael played her local music scene from the age of 15 with a mix of classic folk/country covers and her original songs. After moving to Yorkshire for university, performing had to be put on hold for studying,
Currently studying Music at The University of York, Genevieve’s first love is Folk. Inspired at a young age by The Levellers, she began to explore and absorb an eclectic range of sounds, from Beth Rowley to The Unthanks. Beginning in lockdown and developing throughout her degree, Genevieve has found a softer and more reflective style.
Cherry Burton musicians Martin Peirson, Steve Peirson, and Andrew Kneeshaw combine forces with an enviable selection of catchy self-penned songs, foot tapping tunes and some evergreen classics. Formed in their local village pub ‘The Bay Horse’
All For One Choir are a family of non audition choirs run by The Garnett Family (as seen on BGT). We have choirs in Hull, Beverley, Market Weighton, Driffield, Cleethorpes and now Ripon!
AFO pride themselves in performing a range of various genres. From Coldplay to Les Misérables, there’s something for everyone!
